We use information only to operate and improve LoadOff, process payments, respond to support requests, and understand overall usage patterns.
Planning data (schedules, teams, lists) is primarily stored locally in your browser. We do not sell your personal data. Payment processing is handled by reputable third parties (PayPal, and later Stripe) under their own privacy policies.
We may use essential cookies and light analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
LoadOff may mention or link to third-party sites (for example sports or ticketing sites). Those services have their own privacy policies. We do not automatically pull private data from them.
LoadOff is built for adults (parents and caregivers), not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Do not enter a child’s full name, address, school, or other personal identifiers into the tools. Schedule labels should stay general (e.g. “nap,” “soccer”). LoadOff is intended to be COPPA-aligned by design: we do not operate a child-directed service or request children’s personal data.
